• Should any report prepared by us fail to meet the WGEA's compliance requirements due to an error on our part, we will promptly address and rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
• We commit to delivering your WGEA report within the agreed-upon timeline.
• In the unlikely event that we fail to meet our delivery deadline, we will offer a discount or partial refund on our services, or value-added service to make good.
• We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please inform us within 5 days of report delivery, and we will work diligently to address your concerns.
• We offer consultations post-report submission to ensure that you understand and are satisfied with the contents and quality of the report.
• Post-report submission, we provide ongoing support to address any further clarifications or adjustments that might be required, ensuring your peace of mind throughout the entire reporting process.
• This guarantee does not cover errors or omissions made due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for service delivery, subject to change based on client responsiveness and data complexity.
• Report Review: Clients will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft report before final submission
• Final Submission: We will assist with or directly handle the final submission of your WGEA report, based on the your preference.

• Data Provision: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete data as required for their WGEA report
• Timeliness: Clients must provide all necessary data and reviews within agreed-upon deadlines to ensure timely report preparation and submission.
• Our service does not include primary data collection within a client's organisation, ongoing compliance monitoring beyond the scope of the current report.

• All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
• Payment is due withing 7 days of the invoice date.
• Late payment penalities of $25/day apply.

• WGEA Reporting Packages are billed in 3 tranches:

1. 50% upon accepatnce to gain a position in waitlist.
2. 25% upon commencement of our services.
3. 25% upon delivery of the draft for your review.

• Stand-Alone Options and Services are billed in full upon acceptance to gain a position in waitlist.
• Services commence once your place in the waitlist comes up, as long as you have paid your tranche 1, or Stand-Alone invoice.

• Accuracy of Information: While we ensure accuracy in report preparation, the client is ultimately responsible for the data provided
• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify us from any liability arising from inaccurate or incomplete data supplied by the client.

• Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel the service with notice as specified in the contract, subject to a cancellation fee.
• Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the service under specified circumstances, such as client non-compliance with terms.
